Roasted brussels sprouts with 5280 grind
We almost burned the kitchen on this one... don't laugh too hard!
½ lb Brussel Sprouts – cleaned
2 tbsp Virgin Olive Oil
½ tsp 5280 Grind – fresh ground or to taste
½ tsp Sea Salt – or to taste
Pre-heat oven to 400 °C. Wash Brussel Sprouts and remove any yellow leaves. In a shallow metal pan or tray, combine Brussel Sprouts, Olive Oil, Salt and Fresh ground 5280 Grind. Toss until well coated and roast for 35 to 40 minutes, shaking the pan every 10 or so minutes for even roasting. Remove from oven when golden brown and serve immediately. Sprinkle with additional Sea Salt or 5280 Grind for added taste. Enjoy!!
