Our Classic Blend for steak and Prine Rib.
Beef Roast w/Blue Cheese Sauce
Rub Olive oil over roast,Rub the steak blend all over the roast, cover and bake at 350 degrees until done.
Sauce: One stick of butter, 1/2 cup of blue cheese and minced garlic. Heat butter then mix in blue cheese and garlic and serve chucky w/steak.
Mustard seed potatoes go well with this dish.  "Mustard Seed Blend"
