Goat Cheese Appetizer
 
Blend 1- 2 TBS each of Herb De Provence and water in a large dinner plate. Soak herbs until soft and moist. Crumble large pieces with hand.
 
Prepare goat cheese log by rolling in wet herbs until well coated. Wrap herbed cheese log in saran wrap and chill until ready to serve with crackers or baguette.
